1. Sage is going home tomorrow night. I’m sad. =[
2. (I accidentally typed “Sage is going homo”, hahah.)
3. We watched about 50 episodes of One Piece over the past two days. My love for the show is rekindled!
4. I now want awesome fanfic, but this series is notoriously short on it. I want fics about every pairing imaginable, main characters, side characters, back stories. I WANT!
5. Going from a really, er, verbose fandom (SPN), back to a much smaller one (any of my other fandoms, basically) is almost painful.
6. So I pretty much continue to read SPN fics, even though I’m dying for some good Mass Effect fics, or some Motorcity ones, some Tiger and Bunny, and definitely some One Piece. Supernatural just has more to offer me. *cries, reads them happily, mourns other fandoms*
7. I’d love to make an absurd pairing list, but I have to sweep floors now and I’m tired. Here I go!

ASSAFDDSFDSG I finally finished this stupid piece of crap my banner-thingy for my fandom blog. =) I’ve been playing with it periodically since I started my Crazy Cas Lady blog, which was, what? A month ago? Not that long, I don’t think. Anyway. Not really all that much to say about it, I guess. This was what I envisioned when the phrase “Crazy Cas Lady” came to mind; me, laying on the couch, surrounded by all my Cas’s. I guess I should point out a few things for clarity’s sake? For one thing, that white stick I’m holding isn’t just a badly-drawn book. XD; It’s my eReader. It actually looks like that from the side. (I really can’t draw open books though.) Second, the little Cas with the green dragon tail on the bottom might make sense to Final Fantasy dorks. =P (Though I could have made the tail more fishy, I suppose.) Maybe later I’ll add an animated thought bubble to show what fanfic we’re currently reading. XD

I want to know what everyone’s first fandom was.

naranda:

zawehzaweh:

superyaoi:

zaltys:

Not just like, the first anime you saw but the first one you got into enough to start doing fanart/fanfic/whatever and participated with the rest of the fandom and made friends and stuff.

Rock Lee Naruto

^^^^^^^^^^^

rock lee was my fandom

DragonBall Z, although I didn’t really interact with many other people.

Yuu Yuu Hakusho was the first fandom where I sought out a fandom group larger than just me and my IRL friends.

That was also the last fandom I had any significant involvement in for the next ten years, before HiNaBN. 8V

Drama is not my friend.

Probably DNAngel, because that was when I first began to understand “fandom”, “fanfic”, etc. (Even though I was writing fanfic since I could hold a pencil, without knowing that’s what it was. ^^)

Metal Gear Awesome (Parody of “Metal Gear Solid”)
Ok, so this isn’t technically a Metal Gear Solid video, but when trying to explain why people should play this game, I always think of… this. It’s an extremely stupid and funny, but rather accurate, portrayal of part of the first game. I don’t know if it makes any sense if you’ve never played the games, but oh well. XD;
If you like 3rd-person shooters and/or tactical action games, and have a PS1/2/3 (or a GameCube), go play this game and all its sequels now. Go on, go! And don’t come back until you can tell me whether a tree frog or a snake tastes better.

(And one of the endings, since I can’t post two videos. http://youtu.be/FDNWzuj9GJc )
Lovely Complex! (Love-Com)
One of my favorite anime! This is probably the cutest romantic-comedy anime I’ve ever seen. The premise is a tall girl and a short boy who have a dysfunctional and comedic relationship.
Risa Koizumi and Atsushi Otani are two of my favorite undearppreciated anime characters, besides. They’re hilarious together, adorable, and redheaded. (I just mention that because you don’t see a lot of redheaded main characters in anime, let alone two of them.)
The best thing about this series is how it is realistic in its portrayal of real high-school relationships, while still being entertaining and sweet. I recommend it, maybe even if you don’t normally like rom-coms. =)

If there was ever a game series I could say I loved, it would be this one. There’s probably nothing I get more nostalgic about than “Jak and Daxter”. When I found out that they are re-releasing the series on BluRay, I probably teared up a little. I cannot wait to see these two again.
This music video shows pretty well why I’ll always love them and praise Naughty Dog for being storytelling, heartstring-pulling geniuses. <3
