I get what’s going down but all I can think of is how I used to clean up stuff like this. My parents have cleaned restaurants all their lives and I helped them since I was 7. People do stuff like this, like wipe their damn period blood on walls about feminism and shit without any fucking care. Guess who had to clean this up usually? Me. I have seen things in the restrooms I have cleaned over the years that has made me hate humanity with a passion.

This hurts because there is so little thought given to who is cleaning up your period blood all over that wall. 

While you walk out of that stall feeling so ~radical~ you are actually doing just the opposite and walking all over largely POC, poor folks, folks with disabilities who are janitors. Many of which are women. 

Looking at this gets me mad because it makes me think of my daddy throughout my childhood coming home with bags under his eyes, sleeping for what seemed no more than 4 hours a day after a long shift many times double shifts cleaning stores and bathrooms.

Cause I see a lot of generalizing here and not a lot of thinking. …And since when are most janitors WOC? I mean, are they? I’m a janitor (and I’ve cleaned up some nasty shit, it’s true) and I’m “bleached enriched all-purpose flour” white. True, this is gross and thoughtless, but some of those comments are… hmm. o_0

ASSAFDDSFDSG I finally finished this stupid piece of crap my banner-thingy for my fandom blog. =) I’ve been playing with it periodically since I started my Crazy Cas Lady blog, which was, what? A month ago? Not that long, I don’t think.

Anyway. Not really all that much to say about it, I guess. This was what I envisioned when the phrase “Crazy Cas Lady” came to mind; me, laying on the couch, surrounded by all my Cas’s.
I guess I should point out a few things for clarity’s sake? For one thing, that white stick I’m holding isn’t just a badly-drawn book. XD; It’s my eReader. It actually looks like that from the side. (I really can’t draw open books though.) Second, the little Cas with the green dragon tail on the bottom might make sense to Final Fantasy dorks. =P (Though I could have made the tail more fishy, I suppose.)

Maybe later I’ll add an animated thought bubble to show what fanfic we’re currently reading. XD
